Sanchez is in now. If he finishes this game without an INT they should keep him in. Either way let's see what the difference is now. I am optimistic for the first time in several games.

:wow: Op done put it out there in the universe and got Bradford injured.

I've actually been hoping that Bradford would wake up. But it looks like that will never happen. The Universe decided that since he doesn't get the REAL problem that he needs a hard wake up call in the form of an injury. A key factor in QBs getting injured is the chemistry on the team. He can't inspire an O line and that's why he stays injured.

Notice how Sanchez is making mistakes but the flow of the game is much better. The players are getting into a rhythm. The D is having a harder time predicting and keeping up.

He is running Chip's dumb plays but they are much more effective now. In a team with this much talent the intangibles are the difference between winning and losing.

Bradford performs worse or the same as Foles last year in the same offense. He's a checkdown artist with game reading, happy feet and pocket presence issues.

There is a 50% chance you are right. :mjcry:

This team is liable to fall apart if we can't get a new guy from within the league. We don't need another college grad.... We need an Offensive Coordinator who is ready to take the next step. Some new blood. :feedme:
I wanted Bruce Arians but whatever
They shoulda never gave CHIP full control

take that back..

we're gonna have a new QB next year.. maybe Kapernick but he's going to need receivers to throw the ball to

so.. unless we can get a beast in the draft.. problem is we also need Offensive Linemen and Pass Rushers

Get rid of Demarco and draft a young back..

I dunno why I still watch these games....I could be a lot more productive with my free Sunday time :francis:

Wrong thread, but I could have been doing laundry early.

Foles is not a bad QB but same deal. We need to either fix the system or change the QB. There is no in-between at that position. But our receivers are not doing well in this system either.

There are a lot of skeptics but at this point we need a passionate leader to develop a chemistry with the receivers and be someone that the O linemen can get fired up to work for.

Right now this is just going through the motions. If Kapernick can bring that heat then let's get him. But if he can't it will be more of the same problem.

Bradford is 1/2 the issue, but we need a more instinct based QB that can offset Kelly's methodical ways. Sometimes you gotta go against the coach's play based on what you are seeing on the field. Results are what matters in Philly. It's not about Kelly it's about the fans and the type of Football we want to see played. If you are not gonna win at least play the type of Football our fans want to see.

If we were absolutely spanking defenses I doubt the fans would care about Kelly's style. But the problem is it's unorthodox and NOT WORKING. And there's evidently NO BACK UP PLAN OF ANY KIND....:beli:
Kaepernick/RGIII is literally the only answer if were talking about an immediate solution.
But even then, as stubborn as Chip is with his playcalling and use of personnel this team will peak as a Wildcard round exit. I dont have faith in him as a GM, as a coach, nor as a playcaller right now. He's too stubborn

who is watching the New York Giants game right now? What Odell Beckham just did is the difference between a playoff team and a treadmill team. Without building blocks like that on offense your team wont do shyt. Your team better be stacked on defence and with the amount of plays we run we wear our defense down. We probably had three or four of those blocks on our offence between Peters, McCoy and Jackson but we all know what happened there. Chip fukked up a good thing man.

Agreed. I can relinquish maybe McCoy was hitting the RB wall and DJAX was volatile in negotiations and the locker room. But was scratching my head on a couple of trades/releases with Maclin and the D. And he needs to change his play calling. Unlike Andy his clock management and use of timeouts is better but often times just leading him to go down the same road of stubbornness and not changing the overall offensive strategy. He is hitting the wall because he is making players adapt to his system instead of tweaking his system to adapt to the performance levels and preferences of the players.

The problem with Philly is that they're not doing anything that hasn't been done before and better. They run an uptempo pass first offense. This type of offense has become common in the league, so defenses know how to plan for it. Also, they went and got Murray who is a great back, but does not fit in their scheme, but they paid him to be the feature back so they're force feeding him the ball when goes against the principals the offense was built on. The offense they run only works when you have great or consistent receivers, Philly has neither.

We are struggling against one of the worst teams in the league with 31st ranked Defense.

:whoa:

You need to chill with that "one of the worst teams in the league" bit if you're referring to the Dolphins. Yes, the D has been statistically terrible. Yes, we're last in the AFC east. Yes, we're a bad team. But we're not one of the worst teams. There are at least six squads who are a cut below Miami. Most of the league is sitting right around even and we're at 4-5.

Just my opinion, but they have no WRs that are playmakers capable of taking short passes and getting yards after the catch. Matthews is supposed to be that guy but he's far from a #1 WR (more like a Jason Avant type #2/#3). Eagles best weapons are probably their backs and TEs, Chip should focus on finding a way to use Ertz/Celek more in the passing game.
