To add to this, these stores and restaurants close at 6 pm since he was elected (day time, wont go into night time). Costing the city millions in potential business because the business owners are scared to be open at all.

This. I keep looking at the complaints of homelessness but it's been shown that homelessness correlates to rent prices. You begin to see the biggest spikes in homelessness in areas where the cost of rent is %33 of the average paycheck.
