The problems are bigger than the DAs office. The problem is folks want a cheap easy fix to expensive difficult problems so they vote for that.
America's crime problem is because of economic disadvantages that are built into the system. Give folks jobs with a liveable wage crime will go down. But that takes planning, and investment and people at the top not getting as much. So fukk that let's just throw everyone in jail.
America's homelessness problem is due to mental health, stupid high cost of living, and constant defunding of programs that help those people. So instead of investing in that and creating programs and policies to protect those people, fukk it let's throw everybody in jail.
Then we'll have prison overpopulation, a superhighway influx of minority incarnation and harassment to where people complain and want to change that and then it'll be fukk it, let em all out of jail with no support system.
It aint nothing but a centuries long cycle that will never be broken cause American government will always go the quick cheap easy way thinking it will fix whatever problem there is.

Yeah, most homeless people are in destination cities. Somebody mentioned kicking them out to South Dakota, but I'd bet there are plenty of homeless from flyover states like South Dakota chilling in SF, SD, and LA.

But nah most these guys aint from the Midwest tho they be from like the Central Valley, Oregon, Washington, even ppl from all the way from Canada
and if they is from actually San Francisco like the actual city not just the Bay
