That's precisely what's happening. They say they will take back residents in good standing and now a lot of residents are finding out they aren't in good standing. This one (Mexican) woman had to kick her 17 year old son out to keep her status. They're going to get a lot of people the fukk up outta there over minor shyt that they let slide for years, and they'll move on to the Nickersons, Imperial Courts, all the projects across LA will be gone in a good 20 years and replaced with high rise multi-use complexes and with that comes a change in the demographics of the neighborhood.

:mindblown: Don't forget LA is upgrading their mass transit.

If you live within a half hour of a major city with mass transit please try to buy if you can. :francis:

I've wanted to move to San Diego since I was younger (thanks to the Weekenders), prices are wild though, I want to be a successful adult in a city where it doesn't cost 1/2 my salary to live comfortably in.

This is the Gentrification Joke. They sell it as cleaning up neighborhoods, but what they're really doing is moving out poor folk for wealthy folk for their tax revenue. They only start to worry when it's so expensive the "servant" classes can't afford to live there or commute their to serve their rich masters.

Same shyt started happening out here in suburban KC. Restaurants couldn't even get wait staff because rich white folk's kids all wanted Friday and Saturday off to go party :mjlol:
