There are so much options to not pay that rent in BK which is why the luxury market in BK is offering many incentives because the demand isn’t matching the supply.

I used to live in DC. fukking $2100 for a small one bedroom. Moved to Houston with a higher salary, no state income tax and rent that is 50% less for a bigger place.

I love SF and NYC. Love those places, but

That is like Excelsior or some shyt, never was the turf like that. Though houses do probably get raided over there, it ain't never been the killing fields like HP, Lakeview, Sunnydale, Fillmoe, Alemany etc. Where I'm from in Lakeview prolly one of the only places in the city where you can get a house for less than a mil, but you could get popped by opp nikkas and taken way from this world just for walking down the street doesn't matter if you an old Asian lady.

And like I said, anybody can get it and has gotten murked over there not just turf'd out mob nikkas but college students of any race, old ladies, cac bicyclists etc. It's always been like that where I'm from. Cali hoods are some of the most territorial places in the world.

And it's only getting worse. Why, a lot of the biggest companies just opened or are opening new infrastructure/campuses now. Apple, Facebook and Salesforce just moved and there sites are only about 60% done. New highrises are going up in SF and Oak that's residential. Most the shytty dump areas or old buildings in Oakland are turning into residential areas.
