Actually, a lot of it has to do with facing reality. A lot of these people that are moving into cities paying this type of rent are actually very much out of touch with reality or have no sense. It's real simple. You can't tell me someone got good sense or is money wise if they losing more money and have nothing to show for what they're doing simply because they want to live in a city. Let alone a certain overpriced neighborhood. You have to wonder what exactly is all these peoples plans because half of them don't even have savings and are living off of other people. They can't even be truly independent off of their dime.
And add in ego on top of that because there's no accountability for the most part with them. The same type of people doing this shyt probably signed up for school loans they never thought of paying back. After awhile, people can point the finger at so many before they have to accept the problem is them. Theres a lot of smart dumb people out here. They are smart enough to read a book, get a degree, make themselves appear to look smart but it's all for show because you see how they can't even manage. They have nothing to show for it.
And yeah the baby boomers were forced to think. They actually had to work and learn how to manage their expenses. They had to socialize, research and do a whole lot of things that this generation right now isn't doing. This generation is really lazy and can't even handle life.
