Up to a certain point a minimum wage raise leads to some jobs lost and some gained due to increased Aggregate Demand. The net effect on employment is minimal and insignificant. $15 wouldn't be a huge negative though.

It shouldn't stop at $15, and the working class needs to go beyond reforms like a minimum wage, to actually taking control of the means of production and democratically determining production and distribution. All that surplus value - the value that workers create, but are not paid back in wages - should not be in the hands of capitalists. The surplus should be under the control of the working class.

That is socialism.
