Greatest show on turf barely beat Sean King at home in the NFCCG and scored like 8 points. Jalen Carter would have sent Kurt Warner back to the grocery store.

Old ass declining Elway would have been the week link against our defense.

:what:THE BUCS WERE AN ALL TIME
GREAT DEFENSE IN AN ERA
WHEN YOU COULD STILL MUG RECEIVERS AND DESTROY THE QB.

RAMS WOULD DESTROY EVERYBODY
UNDER THESE CURRENT RULES

They didn't have an all time great def

I remember them having Mobley, old Romanowski, Atwater...but that def wasn't like that at all

They had a nice balanced offense tho

I'd argue they had the better QB, RB would be even (even though Saquon is a bigger home run threat & receiver out of the backfield), they had the better TE, we had the better WRs, and our OL would blow theirs out the water

"a lot of the year" is hyperbolic. shyt dont matter when you consider some of the former dominant super bowl winners' QBs
You think Brad Johnson was great for the whole year?
How bout Trent Dilfer?
How bout a washed up Peyton Manning/
How about Eli?
Troy Aikman?
Bret Favre?

Come on breh lol
True

Idk maybe they just didn't feel historic on other side of the ball until late playoffs

The 2000 Ravens were looking historic on D by late November

The 07 pats were 8-0 and Brady already had 30 TDs HALFWAY through the season

Yeah. Philly only seemed like an all time great team after the SB

I feel true all time great teams seem all-time before the SB

We gave up more than 23 pts just once in the last 17 games

And our def was full of young pups...they not even chiseled vets yet

#1 Def in the league full of young guys...that's legendary alone

Impressive yeah. Though y'all were no.1 in yards but no.,2 in points

But I don't agree with the 17 games cutoff. You have to look at the totality of the season/playoffs.

09 Saints :mjlol:

99 Rams didn't have a great def

Name 3 defenders without ChatGPT or Google on the 96 Packers def :stopitslime:

93 Jerruhs >>> 92 Jerruhs

The best Pats SB winning team was the one that beat Seattle

Our defense and OL was so much better than 98 Denver

The only team you listed in our league defensively was 2013 Seattle
No the 03-04 Patriots are the best Patriots team. It was their best defense. People just forget that because they randomly ended up in a shootout in the SB and Brady had to do Brady shyt.

Yeah but for much of the season they were not even the consensus best team in the league

They are an all time team for sure, and top 5 on paper, but they don't feel like a top 5 team.

We weren't marketed as such

We just didn't have many holes on our roster...we were good to great practically everywhere

We're gonna look back and say AJ Brown, Saquon & Devonta were all on the same team :mjlol:
