No the 03-04 Patriots are the best Patriots team. It was their best defense. People just forget that because they randomly ended up in a shootout in the SB and Brady had to do Brady shyt.

I think the '04 team was better with clock killin' Corey Dillon. They also didn't get shutout, unlike the '03 team. Plus the '04 team had a better playoff run. They controlled every game. The '03 team had close calls with the Titans and Panthers, and even the Colts game in the AFCCG was a contest until late in the 4th qtr, in spite of Manning's 4 interceptions.

Hate to say it but I think last years version of the eagles were better than some of the teams mentioned. Such as the 13 Seahawks and 09 Saints. Btw and I will continue to say it, the 1993 Cowboys are better than the 1992 Cowboys.
