I thought they were gonna run it back at least one more year with Slay. At least he went out on a high note.

He said he wants to finish either here or in Detroit, so there's a chance we run it back if bigger money isn't out there.

Otherwise it's definitely the right time to get off the ride, great finish to a really good Eagles tenure for Big Play. Time for Ringo to show what he has.

I always had love for the Birds esp when they made consecutive conference title games back in the day but Peyton and that offense got me into football. Never hated them they just didn’t put an offense around McNabb and they wasted championship opportunities because of it.

we will most likely resign isaiah rodgers and have him and kelee ringo battle for that spot.

I do think he eventually transitions to safety like CJGJ

We need to resign Rodgers, continue to develop Ringo

Damn Big Play Slay. Well I guess that contract was too much. Maybe he will come back on a one year deal for less money. But he did his job for 5 years if he does go back to Detriot. Looks like Shayshawn Barkley will be with us for a while. Howie just gave him more money and more years on his contract. After that instant Legendary Season, it was obvious he was going to be with us long-term. This core group could be together for the next 4 seasons for sure. As or the Myles Garrett news. I would love him to come to this Defense. With that said, don't get it twisted, he needs us more than we need him. If we get him, great but Zach Baun is the #1 priority to sign. If there enough to get Myles after, then fine. But we were the #1 Defense and Super Bowl Champs without Myles. Again he needs us more. But happy for Shayshawn, lol.
