Sasha would be perfect for AEW even though I think she will never go there. Gives them a huge marketable name that can transcend wrestling culture. Right now AEW is basically just a bunch of wrestlers who aren't really known outside wrestling other than I guess Jericho to a degree. But Jericho is 51 years old.

If you were to do a man on a street and walk around asking people if they watched WWE and if they knew who Sasha Banks were, I absolutely guarantee you that you wouldn't get a single person that said no to watching WWE and yes to knowing who Sasha Banks was. On the other hand, back when The Rock was about to transition to hollywood, you could do the same and a lot of people would not be fans of wrestling but know who he was because he was on TV all of the time.

That's not true. Sasha has her own agent. Titus was from Florida... went to Florida... played football at Florida and does all types of community outreach down there.

LOL ok if you were to do a man on the street how many people would know ANYONE in WWE right now? Besides John Cena who isn't even there anymore. I don't see what that point is supposed to prove. I never said she was The Rock, but there is a middle ground between being The Rock and still being a big star in present day WWE in 2022.

And the comparison to the NFL draft is pointless because that wasn't about celebrity. Titus is heavy into Tampa charity work and works with the Bucs specifically. Other teams had charity people, make a wish kids, etc. all sort of different people. They had a fukkin gay flag football league commissioner or some shyt.

That's a completely different situation than a TV show wanting a famous celebrity on their show for ratings/views or Nickelodeon kids voting for that person as one of their favorite athletes. Sasha is repped by her own talent agency outside of WWE btw.

I don't think it's a "not valuing them" case. WWE typically views tag teams as secondary to the singles stars. Ronda really had no ready-made opponent to face at Hell in a Cell. With Smackdown's limited women's roster, her opponent's were Shayna, Naomi or Sasha without feuding with job girls.

And see, that's one of the issues right there.

They only build up a select few people and everyone else isn't taken seriously.

They drove Toni Storm off.
They fired Ember Moon.
They fired Tegan Nox.
They fired Dakota Kai after leaving her in NXT.
I ain't seen Io Shirai in a month or two.
They got Carter and Chance still chilling in NXT.
They moved Lacey Evans to RAW.
They ain't doing shyt with Shotzi.
They ain't doing shyt with Aliyah.
They ain't doing shyt with Xi Li.
Raquel just got there.
Charlotte on vacation, and I shouldn't even include her on this list because she's part of the problem.
And now they got Sasha and Naomi on the bench because they said the math ain't mathin for either one of them.
And this is just the Smackdown side of things.

They got a roster, they just make a select handful of people a big deal and now their card done been pulled again and they're scrambling for contenders. Them tag team belts should've been defended across RAW, Smackdown and NXT like they were intended to be, but they gave NXT their own belts and they don't take tag team wrestling seriously, and that goes double time for women's tag team wrestling.

They created this problem and they be wanting the talent to fix their fukk ups.
