just asking cause I heard it mentioned on a FSU podcast along with some guest that was on Jack Arute's show say that its not out of the possibility and that some peeps within the program would do it as a big fukk you to Delaney for not being more aggressive in defending one of his conference schools

That is the only thing I see on twitter or google news about it. No way PSU leaves the B1G though, school is helping the conference and the conference is helping the school -- good relationship there.

There are some good points in that Bleacher Report article -- but I would say it's downright out of the question.
ACC's a good conference, don't get me wrong, but it's just a move that is beyond speculation even.

I never heard of this Pencek guy (and I am deeply ingrained and tuned-in to State College media), but it is an interesting take.
ACC schools are closer in distance, but in football, I still want Big Ten. In basketball? I want Big Ten, because even though Chambers can make us a contender, it is a basketball conference and our team would get embarrassed for a few years in there.
And one comment made a very valid point. In wake of the scandal, Mark Emmert (
) enforced the harsh sanctions on Penn State because apparently we are a "football first school" with a need for a change in culture. Making a move like this, which would be completely based on athletics and quite drastic, would well..A - make alum, students and fans very happy to give Emmert a big fukk you
but also..and more importantly..
B - somewhat erase the progress we are making in moving on -- showing that we are a so-called athletics first school
I see the advantages the ACC offers.
But I also do not see enough reason to detach ourselves from the Big Ten.

This season ain't shyt I don't care about winning the ACC or beating some sorry Big East school. This season showed that Jimbo is an overpaid POS and that Stoops and his defense isn't championship level. We caked off a bunch of trash ass teams (lost to one of them to boot) and got our ass handed to us by our main rival on Senior Day.
EJ Manuel goes down as a guy who just didn't have it and Jimbo is responsible for it. He put his chips in with this guy don't turnaround and throw him under the bus. If the guy isn't picking up shyt sit his ass down.
I feel bad for our RB's we got some damn good RB's on this team but Jimbo don't know how to use them. Freeman and Wilder got froze out of the offense after they gave the team a spark with some nice runs during the 3rd quarter surge.
Our LB's suck I think Hudson needs to hit the road he hasn't done what he was hyped up to do.
Rick Trickett being employed in 2012 by FSU tells you the #1 reason why Jimbo isn't the man for the job at FSU.
Season is a C- to me we only have one quality win against a team that beat no one themselves.
GT,Rutgers and Louisville all suck and wins over them won't mean shyt in the grand scheme of things.
Boosters need to force Jimbo to hire a real OC or tell him to get the fukk out.
If Trickett is the starting QB in 2013 that would be as big a nepotism crime as any move Bobby made his last decade at FSU. Coker and Winston have to start fukk all that BS.

This is what we get for hiring a first time head coach. Too bad we don't have a real AD times like these make me miss TK.
Would have been nice if Bobby had did the right thing and retired in 05 or 06. We had fell off by then. But we were still a well respected program. FSU could have pretty much picked any head coach at that time. Now we are just another ACC school.

Just like what we feared, Tank out with torn acl. Welp, time to step up Edwards Jr
Those non contact injuries when a guy collapses and reacts the way Tank did spells nothing but this. Showed a lot being the "next man up" and replacing the production of an All American. The fact depth at that posistion didn't scare Edwards from signing with FSU (looking at you Fowler) shows he has at least belief in his skill set and a desire to earn his keep. Lets go 'Noles!

Tank did his thing for the 2 years we had him hate he gotta go out this way. Werner better take his ass to the pros and get that paper after the season don't wanna see all 3 go down with fluke ass injuries. Edwards get a tough debut assignment having to play dirty ass GT Saturday but lets see what he can do.
