I get you on the office politics shyt since people can be shifty for no valid reason, but I can't shake the fact that whenever I meet people, no matter where it is, you step up, drop a greeting and keep it moving unless you got ask them a question or hold a conversation. Once again, you can drop a greeting in less than a second and be on your merry without losing momentum.

Saying morning and in some cases making small talk with people I pass on a semi-regular basis has helped me forged solid acquaintances (People that know you and would help you in certain social situations but you ain't on a first name basis) that I'm glad I got to happen. Even if you don't like your Co-workers, just say it so you ain't the odd dude out who they talk about in the break room or gets bullshyt pinned on him whenever dirt comes up and they ain't got a culprit. It don't hurt.

I only say good morning to the ones I like. There are a couple of fukking serpents in my sales division I would watch die and not even have a single lifesaving fukk to offer.
