Not really. The main point of going public for these groups is to attract new members so they get more monthly subscriptions. The ps5 is just one of 100's of items these groups target on a daily basis so they can flip them.

I hope they don’t move even a 10th of those, the purchases hit their credit card statements, and they lose their receipts the day return window expires
