I’ve got a ps5 but honestly, people can wait. Demons Souls and Miles Morales are good games but not worth paying over 1k for a console

People can definitely wait, but we live in hypebeast culture now, where everyone has to have whatever is scarce by any means necessary. No one has patience for anything anymore.

A lot of the people who are jumping through hoops to get the system right now, just want it to let everyone know they got one, & to brag on social media, more than them actually wanting to play the games.

NVIDIA is not selling GPU's anymore they all gone, you can only get them from third party retailers, scarcity drives up the price of GPU's regardless, so given into the scalpers is only going to raise the price of those cards for good, the last gen cards have not dropped in price because nobody can buy the new cards, and also GPU's are limited production anyway so they never really go down in price only up, the 2080ti still 1200 dollars right now you might as well buy a scalped 3080 lmao

Yeah, I know graphics cards are a different animal. Price not dropping on the 5 until 2022 summer at the earliest, more than likely the holiday season of 2022 if even then.

I know why people don’t wait, but they really should.

The demand was developed by Sony creating a small amount and are just going to drip feed the PS5’s for another few months until after Christmas and then when the hype subsides, COVID numbers start falling again, etc then you’ll see a stack of them.

I’m in no rush at all, will wait until March. Same shyt with Rolex and their new releases. Drip feed, build the demand. Only thing Rolex only produce 1 million pieces a year
