The first step is focusing on young boys and girls, because they are the future of our people. Black men, meaning all of us, have to organize within our local communities, and bring forth a structure for development by building black owned and operated schools through community pooling, which I know how to do, and get government funding after two years of being operational. Along with all the other basic educational needs, the issue must be stressed of the history of the manipulation of black people through images of media.
which I'm already crafting a curriculum exposing the tactics of mass media manipulation and how it has affected the minds of black people.
In order to solve a problem you must first understand the root of it, which is history of this warfare, because thats what is, must be discussed and broken down so they realize what was unfolding and won't fall victim to it.
Second step, black men have to be the ones to so fukk with these industries dominated by white, and build are own. We have the skills and the resources already, but people wanna chase after the white man's approval and pursue accolades in their world, when we can just build our own and make everyone come to us by making superior product.
That is an up hill battle being that most black men in the media industries are c00ns, so this goes back the first step where we organize in the communities and create neighborhood programs where teach people in the neighborhood media skills for free by creating Rec Centers with the proper equipment For one he get kids out of trouble as well as give adults skills they wouldn't be able to learn unless they go outside of their communities. This will of course cause money, but through crowd funding and he using of escrow accounts I know how to leverage money in order to obtain significant lines of credit that can find a place like this one city at a time.
the third step is too stop supporting people and products that arm the image of not just black women but black men in the first place, shame the celebrities that stay silent and also are accomplices in these c00ntastic escapades. Tyler Perry and this Rimes are main offenders right now, we have to take them task for their actions, bottom line, and also explain to people why it is your against, because a lot of black women who watch scandal are oblivious to underlining message of the show, if you point it out of them in a concise manner I'm sure they will change their tune.
Rap music and the music industry in general, we have to make a point to not fukk with these industries at all, at some point we have to make a stand and some sacrifice some things to lay a foundation for a better future
Black woman in the entertainment have to exploit themselves at some point in order to get on, because they wan to make it so bad and have nowhere else to go, because black men who are suppose to be the providers of community, having secured a career path not only for the woman, but for the boy who will become a man. That has to change.
I'm not expecting to make a huge leap above the industry, but we have to get a machine going circulating the money we have in our community to build up an industry that will always generate a cash flow for our actors and actresses without them having to take parts that compromise their image just so they can get a check.
These so called black celebrities won't invest in a black entertainment business models, they want to be white, we might as well count these people as a lost and start from the ground up so future generations can be empowered. Once they see an independent black industry doing well they will fall in line acting like they were down the whole time, and to accept them back we have to make them shame hollywood tv industry in public for these actions, or they can't go come in and make money.
It sounds like a tall order, and it is, but you have to start somewhere.
