The irony is Scarface is a far better writer than Jay-Z. Like on another whole level of writing.

Scarface is one of the best songwriters in all of music, not just Hip Hop. Nobody in Hip Hop writes like Scarface. He's up there with Sly Stone, Stevie Wonder, Smokey Robinson and Bob Dylan when it comes to songwriting.

I've never heard any Jay-Z songs on the level of these songs:

Not true. Some artists are like that. Pac used to write verses for everyone just in case they couldn’t write fast enough. He wrote for Shock G and Money B for I Get Around but Money B denied the verse while Shock G took the one he wrote for him.
