breh, a cat on here had no clue when i told him tinashe's "how many times" was a straight janet jackson rip of "funny how time flies"...i'm like, that wasn't even an album cut, it's one of her bigger songs :dwillhuh:

this is about to be sad when the musical foundation of a generation starts with 50 cent...or worse, lil wayne
:dwillhuh:

OP's parents failed him. I don't have a kid yet, but my 10 year old niece been knowing MJ songs by heart since she was like 6 or so. Same way how I know about Motown and Earth Wind and Fire and other 70s acts from my parents.

My neice is 5 yrs old an everytime she comes to my crib she goes straight to my wii and boots up "the michael jackson experience" video game

You may hear people say he was a dope performer which he was but don't be fooled into thinking he wasn't a dope musician with great vocal range and wrote some great songs.

He wrote, and pretty much produced Billie Jean (Quincy cleaned it up for him), and so many other of his good songs.

To

He wrote and produced these just to name a few:

His first 3 albums literally can't be fukked with by any solo artist yet.

Dangerous and History disc 2 are very dope albums too.
