Nah man why does me having a different opinion mean I'm trolling? I'm a fan of schoolboy also. The beats and flow just didn't sound good to me. Imma give it more listens throughout the work week and see how I feel about it next weekend.

His voice isnt good enough for him to be everywhere

I won't say his voice isn't good enough (unless you're looking for a more orthodox voice like Luther or teddy p), but most people seem to either love or hate his sound, so I can see how folks would be annoyed having him on a track. I really like his sound, just wish that it didn't sound like an Anderson paak song featuring schoolboy q.

A few thoughts

That short film thing was excellent imo, looking forward to the next part with joHn Muir (if I'm not mistaken) that kid Traffic is hilarious to me

Anderson paak can get annoying and should know his limitations, TorcH is a good/decent way to set off the album but as of now one of my least fav tracks, Black Face is dope but sounds like a long interlude in a way

I've played By Any means probably like 15 times, might not be the best track on the lp but it's catchy as hell, other favorite tracks : Groovy Tony/Eddie Kane, Neva CHange, Kno ya wrong, JoHn Muir and Black THougHts
But there's plenty other slappers on this like that E-40 track

WHateva U want is obviously geared to the "Hell of a night" crowd just like Overtime to Studio, neither are as good but not outright trash and might help push the album though I can see Q's problem with overtime, it doesn't fit the vibe at all

P.S good to see most of y'all ignoring dude who can't help but mention Kendrick 5 seconds after hearing every album trying to stir shyt up

Out of all the new rappers that came up in the last decade or so, Schoolboy Q might end up being my favorite. 4 albums in, all good albums at least, no one who sounds like him, someone with both character and originality. Plus he has the production, and his story isn't over the top even if his style his.
