Schoolboy Q Admits to Trolling Everybody With Crying Jordan and Trump Album Covers
This week, we were
very amused to see that
Schoolboy Q had decided to put the infamous
Crying Jordan meme and
Donald Trump on alternate covers for his new album,
Blank Face. Alas, the whole thing was a farce: In
an interview with TMZ, Q said he was just messing around by tweeting the covers out. โThe fact that people actually think that I would use that as my album covers is funny,โ he said. โSo I just actually trolled the people because soon as I put it up on my Twitter, everyone just said โSchoolboy Qโs album cover, Schoolboy Qโs artwork,โ but they defeated the purpose of what I was doing. I have a concept behind it.โ He also said he had a โseries of coversโ he was meaning to tweet after dropping the Trump cover, but because โpeople are so quick to jump on thingsโ he didnโt get a chance to post the new photos. [Editor's note: Sorry, Q] He also said he
was interested in actually clearing the Jordan cover, but that it never got past early talks. Toward the end of the interview, he showed the actual
Blank Face cover, which does not feature either Jordan or Trump. But it does in our hearts.
