On my bike ride yesterday, I went through some of Q’s tracks then ended up playing Blankface, it’s his best work to me. Even the two commercial sounding tracks were smooth

This was fire! I also feel it's a classic tbh and I know that word gets over used these days but seriously.
The lyrics, the production and even the movie he put out with it to present it was all flames. Q is slept on and should get way more recognition.
Q and Alchemist would be a perfect combo tbh. Alchemist makes the perfect dark kinda Mobb Deep shyt that Q would body. He even did Hoover Street for Q originally and did Break The Bank on Oxymoron.

Yeah they got some fire. I love Hoover street and my homie too. Know ya wrong is dope. Q said he’d never use one producer for a full album but if he did it’d be Alchemist. That voice in the background of break the bank is toad from Mario kart too.

I remember him announcing right away he’s getting to work on a new album, even had a bunch of songs done but has gone in silent mode since then. If he’s got one coming, I’m gonna say end of this year or early next year

Man if it drops near the end of this year it could put a cap on such an incredible year. I really hope we get this and the new MadGibbs before 2019. Those alone could really cement this year as one of the best in hip-hop.
