this isn't no Flockaveli shyt...of course you didnt digest it in the gym. Cmon fam, reserrve your opinion until you give it a serious listen.

thats the main reason I listen to prog metal mostly in thee gym.

I listen to any and everything in the Gym. I'm different than most. I don't particular NEED hype, crunk or dance music in the gym. I know it's weird. But I actually zoned to a few of those School Boy tracks today

I like the same music in the gym, inside or out....Sometimes I'm in a calm mood and be in the gym listening to Kut Klose-I Like and R. Kelly, Erykah Badu, Mary J, Stevie wonder, Yarbrough and Peoples and Bobby Brown and shyt........or the total opposite Biggie-Somebody's Gotta Die, Nobody til somebody kills you, 2pac-Troublesome 96, Onyx Last Dayz.

i feel you. I personally like stuff thats hard but still melodic and repetitive in the gym. When it comes to rap though, I like hard stuff usually...Freddie Gibbs, 50 Cent etc. I used to like chill stuff like ASAP rocky but not much anymore. To each his own.

Man... As a big Q fan I was underwhelmed on first listen and 2nd listen it sounded better. Los Awesome was the song i didn't like but now I play it whenever it comes up. I love this album. even more than HnC it's feeling like.

Californication just bumped this album up for me. Rocky and Q both came correct. It's rare that I have 6 minute tracks on replay but I had to do it with this one.

Listened to the whole album at the crib and then at the gym....I feel giving it a 4/5 would be too generous but a 3/5 would be too harsh...a 3.5 seems fair...not a great album not a bad album...all in all a good listen but I expected better...gotta give it the whip test during the commute tomorrow...

I see a bit of hate but I'm feeling this joint :ehh: maybe more so than Habits and Contradictions. It's got a nice 90's steeze to it and Q's hedonism is just ohlawd: A lot of it almost sounds like some classic 90's obsure "real hip hop" shyt. my fav joints are:

Hoover Street
Studio
Prescription-Oxymoron (I just stopped selling crack today! :gladbron:)
Blind Threats
Break the Bank
Grooveline Pt. 2
