And now you are the one whos lying. nikka has four singles that have all flopped and hes still releasing more according to some. Funny thing is if this was 50, you nikkas would clown him to the moon.

it's better than GKMC. People saying it isnt GKMC are talking about the make up of the album...the concept. They're two very diff rappers. Saying you expect a GKMC from Schoolboy Q is like expecting an Aquemini from Three Six Mafia

"On GKMC level" to a "dumb ass" like myself, means that it would be on the same tier, quality wise. And to me, it is. As was H&C and Control System. None of these albums sound like the same album, and they shouldn't. Why would you expect that from a completely different type of artist?

I was a little worried with the singles (Hell of a Night, Collard Greens) cause it sounded like he was trying to polish his sound for commercial purposes. But this album is far from that, exactly the album I wanted from Q. It only lacks a song like Hands on The Wheel and Druggies with Hoes Again. (where's that Asap feature )
Other than that I'm happy.

I don't think people were literally expecting GKMC 2 (anybody with a brain anyway) I just think people were anticipating an above average project from a talented rapper who is part of the biggest current movement representing west coast Hip Hop. This was Q's moment to shine and really show everyone that TDE isn't Kendrick Lamar & Friends. Q did himself no favors by saying this album would surpass GKMC either. Like I said, not a horrible album, but nothing earth shattering either. Will be forgotten about in a couple weeks

yeah it was his mistake, peopel were expecting something as good as GKMC and it definitely isn't
