Not everybody who thinks God did it would just leave it at that. They will still be looking for answers. You can believe that God exists and be a follower of science. Generalizing is not a good thing my friend.

I think its better to separate "Intelligent Designer" from "God". Even though I don't knock those that believe in the Christian God...from a scientific point of view I can't take most of what's in the Bible seriously in terms creation.

A non-religious "Intelligent Designer" creating our intricate universe is easier believe in imo.
