This man tried to blame UPN putting on Black TV shows for his own Cartoons failing ratings. He was angry at Black people because he blamed us for having Black shows replacing his own show. The only thing is that we were watching those Black shows on UPN. His Cartoon was so bad that it was the lowest rated show on TV.
