I understand he was an integral part of the Bulls' success. He's pretty generally accepted as the best perimeter defender ever. Pippen was a baller. But saying he & LeBron aren't close is laughable

The bulls were 8 seeds from mikes rookie year to 1988 they faced the 1 seed bucks and the 86 and 87 celtics who won the title and lost in the finals.Pippen wouldn't of made any difference vs those teams.That's like comparing the pelicans record vs the spurs in ad's 1st 3 years in the nba.
