Who Owns the ‘Ghostface’ Mask? Paramount and Spyglass Sue Ahead of ‘Scream 7’ Release
The companies filed a lawsuit against a special effects studio, which has threatened to initiate litigation over rights to "Ghostface" after claiming ownership of the mask. They call threats by Alterian Ghost Factory a "shake down" attempt.

But to be fair, that was a blink-and-you'll-miss-it moment. It went by very fast, and I had to pause the video to even recognize him lol.

It's a possibility. Multiple killers in the Scream franchise have been "attacked"/"stabbed" but it was just a ruse.

I'm not saying he's going to be the killer. However, nothing can be 100% ruled out.
Also, getting stabbed in the Scream universe (in many cases) means nothing. It's like getting a paper cut in real life lol. So many people in these movies have gotten stabbed a million times yet somehow survived.
