The kills were gnarly, but I didn't care for who got got. This gotta be the first Scream where I just straight up do not care for the teen ensemble. Just as generic as ever, save maybe Mckenna. Dead by Daylight select-a-victims and the daughter was insufferable.

Was straight up rooting for the Ghostfaces in the Cafe, but they proved to be just as incompetent as her there.

Ideally, I'd like to see another director take on the next one. This felt straight-to-streaming in the way it was shot. Mistakes were made, corrections are needed, but shyt still gonna make its money and then some so they'll probably just keep on as is.

they won't jump these mfers. I'm sitting in the theaters screaming "JUMP HIM" when ghostface is in a room of 3 people beating someone's azz one on one as the other 2 are standing back watching. The same thing happened in part 6. He went into a room of 6 people by himself and everyone ran. GTFOH!!

7/10, The reveal was lame, the kills were great, but they played it too safe. I’m ok with this franchise sitting it out for another 5-6 years or however long it takes. For them to write something that’ll really shake the franchise up, and warrant a sequel. The cow been milked dry let this franchise sit.

You didn't realize that 2 of the killers were the random guy they did a lingering camera pan on 5 minutes into the movie, with no other appearance or line, and Ethan Embry, who was only introduced halfway into the movie? As soon as both appeared on screen, I said "that's a killer." The 3rd killer was either the lady cop or the mother neighbor. They always knew how to get in and around the house. They ruined the red herrings by the method of their other kills.
