Horror pictures are the easiest movie to make story wise and yet 98% fail in this regard

1. Get a likeable lead
2. don’t make every one retarded
3. make good kills
4. don’t go overboard with plot armor
5. don’t make to the shyt too unrealistic

you follow these rules you have at worst a 6/10 movie

personally if they got at least #3 #2, I'm generally good

Yeah. Have enough idiots that you're happy to see Jason slaughter and the likeable leads to balance it out. Horror movies are not rocket science

The kills alone made it worth seeing. Yes the writing had problems but it dope kills covered up those issues to me. Her daughter was absolute annoying though.

Overall i enjoyed this

kills were brutal, they’ve been upping the violence. This followed the OG trilogy, 1st movie the bf, 2nd movie the parent, 3rd who the fukk are you? Lol. So they finally went with the Stu idea but in a kind of creative way I guess. Im tired of folks getting the drop on the killer and hitting them once and running away

This was fun but a clear step down from the last Scream movie. I know it was caused by real life circumstances but going back to focusing on Sidney is a regression for the franchise IMO
