I was thinking the same thing. If your legs are going numb while you are sitting down, is a sport that requires constant running and jumping really the best thing to be doing right now? :ld: I'm starting to question whether he will ever be right. It's truly ironic because he was pretty much and iron man in Orlando.

From what I've been told, once they cut you open for any type of surgery you're never really the same. And a back surgery pretty much means you're operating on borrowed time, it will be fine for a few years but will get progressively worse over time.

I feel for Dwight, in that sense.

I thought he'd be out by Jan., then he started the season. I thought he'd be fine (that made me think was milkin' it).

But, he don't look right.

But, he should decline anymore interviews and get on his Sheed-Wallace-both-teams-played-hard and keep recovering

Yeah I thought he was milking it too but you can clearly see he's just not the same guy. nikka shoulda stayed out til he was right or as close to right as possible.

Dude Is So Annoying 90% Of The Time He Speaks But He Always Asks The Questions The People Wanna Hear.

Dude is thorough with his craft. The only problem is he's so determined to be a damn star himself that he resorts to all the over the top nonsense.

I had the same surgery, and went from a 37 inch vert to about 30. I lost speed and flexibility. My mind made plays that my body couldn't catch up with, which led to some awkward ass moments on the court. Granted, Dwight has access to trainers, surgeons, and physical therapists I can only dream of, but look at Barkley and LJ - their games completely changed. The explosion goes away. One became a jump shooter who drove off of mid-posts, another would pound the basketball into the ground for 15 seconds of the shot clock in an attempt to back his defender down.

That tingling and numbness should go away eventually. But playing basketball every day won't help. And it'll just increase the chance that his nerve will face being compressed again in the future. He'll never be at the level he was used to again, not even close.

EDIT: 90% from the line in high school, huh? :usure:

For all you nikkas talkin bout 'he dont look right cause of his back' .. i GUARANTEE next year .. when he ends up in Brooklyn, Dallas, Houston, or wherever the fukk he ends up .. he's gonna magically be back to 100%.

Dude is tankin it .. period. He dont wanna be in LA .. at least not this season. If there were no Kobe and/or Pao .. he'd be perfectly content.
