But if what you're saying is true, media platforms would be getting sued left and right for exposing shyt that was leaked to them. Netflix didnt ignore the cease and desist, they already responded saying they acquired the footage legally. They also said they reached out to diddy before release and didn't get a response. I doubt they would've released that doc without being in the clear.
To be fair, Netflix has been sued for using copyrighted material they didn't have permission to use before.
