I recant my statement so far as where some of the big start-ups began, but assuredly NY and San Fran are bigger tech hot spots than Seattle. I don't see why someone would choose Seattle over San Fran or NY for the tech industry. NY and San Fran are bigger and more developed.

NY and LA are highly overrated. And when it all comes down to it they are not for everyone, period.

My friend/excoworker moved to Seattle. She works as a system admin for Amazon, now and loves it. Wish i could move there

These cacs were stepping onto the street to avoid me, clutching their bags for dear life, and switching any object they were holding to the hand that was away from me.
