I'd watch the SEC game 10 times out of 10 over the NFL game if they were both on at the same time.

Not even a question.

Most people around the nation aren't going to think the same though.

I believe that breh but not doing NFL numbers isnt a failure I havent looked at the numbers but going by whats already said in here I bet they can sustain and pass whatever viewing numbers they have on saturdays. Like I said earlier more people are watching tv on sundays for 1, 2 there are hardcore College fans who dont have nfl teams they watch the nfl because its football and 3 everyone doesnt watch every single game on sundays some people watch their team play and then flip thru the remaining games which ever 1s the best game I guess. Some of those people will watch the college game on sundays maybe not every sunday and maybe not even half of the people but some will.

What makes you think it would do a 11 instead of a 7?

It stands to more reason that people watching a 2:30 saturday game are more hardcore NFL fans that would prefer the NFL if it was on instead.

If nobody else but the SEC region cares then why is espn doing this? Ill wait.

ESPN will not do it..... they know who pays the lightbills, and its the NFL.

and trust me, I speak for the entire West Coast when i say we dont give a sh*t about what goes on in Alabama, LSU, Tennessee or any other hick town. :manny:

in all honesty, I hate the SEC bias, but I'd rather watch an SEC game than watch these boring SNF games they trot out. The Sunday night and Monday night games have been trash for several years now.

Now a few people have already said they would watch the college game over the nfl furthering my point. Lets say we get 1 out of every 20 nfl fans it adds up breh. Its too many college educations in here to have to break down stuff like this :mindblown:

SEC network. You know the channel dedicated to the SEC that targets the southeastern part of the country.

CBS has first dibs on any SEC game, followed by ESPN. CBS also has rights to the SEC championship game. After CBS and ESPN grab the games they want which table scraps are the the SEC Network going to air that can pull viewers away from the NFL? Kentucky vs. Mississippi State? Auburn vs. Random FCS school?
