Whats he do?
he works in a military NOC as a civilian- we were both in a Nato Tech Control Facility in Norfolk, VA before we got out
I mean his position. WHats his expertise.
He is a Noc tech
I don't exactly his role there
I know he didnt have a cert when he got hired but later got his Bachelor's in Comp Science(which really has no relation to what he does but was need to move into a management position)
He hates DC tho and wants to move to Texas but he had a house built in VA and it was expensive as shyt and not that big
You think it was the degree that pushed him up to the 6? or he got hired at 6?

You have to make 6 in that area...cost of living is high as fukk....dude that recruited me here wanted me to come up there...he said six out the gate!
Yeah DC is six figures or bust... shyt is kinda wild out here as far as cost of living is concerned I left NY to come here to deal with roughly the same type of shyt i was trying to get away from
Best to start with a ccna and then get a ccnp. CCNA will get your familiar with advanced networking and then commands associated with cisco hardware. CCNP will delve futher into this. Its like getting a masters degree in networking. It takes as long as it takes for you to understand the material. CCNP and CCIE can sometimes ruin families so hopefully you're single. These arent certs you can cheat your way to obtain because ultimately you will be put to task of understanding what you're learning and can easily be exposed, and fired.

You can pull 6 figures with a ccnp.
How can i obtain this as a civilian?
