When I worked for a call center (Directv) Every customer had a star ranking from 0-5/6. The higher the star ranking the more valuable the customer, thus higher ranking customers would be eligible for special promotions more often as well as well as better promotion. (x free months of HBO, Starz, etc., discounts on sports packages, free dvr upgrades that kind of stuff. Things that determined your ranking include how much you pay monthly, how often you are late on your bill, how often your service is disconnected, time spent with Directv, and probably some other things too.

Also retention specialists are required to make an attempt to save customers who want to disconnect their service, so angry customers make the process longer and more difficult by not letting the rep speak.

Yes. But it's also possible to overuse the promotions as well. So even 5+ star customers sometimes wouldn't be eligible for discounts and promotions because they were hip to the game and threatened to cancel their service every couple of months.

Pharmacy reps give food to doctors while introducing new drugs for patients to consider. Learned this during internship:so much pizza and Italian food n stuff from really good restaurants. Drug companies have a budget for this.
Health Insurance of the same organization vary greatly in different states despite same coverage and benefits which business owners n hospitals hate which is why Trump is actually cool with Single Payer...avg doctors would love it but insurance companies are in too deep in the system now

For grocery stores like Target 85% of profit is from the general stuff in the front, not the drugs. Prescriptions are to get u inside-Classmate was in pharm tech. now in a company getting rly paid cuz his gf's aunt is a CFO...idk what that has to do with anything but i'm just envious lol

Buy original ingredients in natural/organic skin/haircare products. That 5% shea/honey/mango/whatever extract in generic brands is the thing u need. The rest is for emulsification, blending, packing, preserving...but the extract is what u really need. Buy the extract in its original form.
Stop washing hair so much. Shampoo washes EVERYTHING off it dgaf what's necessary. Then conditioner tries to replicate the natural stuff ur hair normally is supposed to make. Wash 2-3 a week. Get oils for kinky hair it's really good- Family friend is in cosmetics industry n is now doing her own thing

2. Fraternal Order of Police card is a union card. You have to be a cop and you have to pay your dues if an FOP exists in your department. It was optional in our department, but there was an FOP. Since they didn't have any pull, you were basically paying a monthly due and getting paid the same as every other cop.
