When you look at what a potential U.S. team would look like in next season's ASG, I think some of these cats would be quick to backtrack on their initial position of saying The World wouldn't be able to compete.

The same players that this board has been shytting on all playoffs too. Now suddenly they're World beaters (pun intended).

You named 4 different players from different countries to win MVP, how does that mean the world is "catching" up? We still have the top end talent in abundance. Canada didn't do shyt in the Olympics, Slovenia didn't even qualify.. One player on these teams isn't enough to say the world is "catching" up.

Exactly this. 95% of the draft class and 90% of the finals roster are Americans, but the world is catching up
