Genesis always had better games than snes overall. Nintendo had the novelty factor and graphics edge.

My best homie had an snes, I had the genesis. But I was never jealous of his system because never felt like i was really missing out. Street fighter 2 was obviously the better version but MK2 on Sega to me was superior. Good times.

Mortal Kombat is the only reason Sega ever topped Nintedo for one moment in the early 90s, in the US and Europe.

The arcade is what kept them afloat during those post 32X years. Those House of the Dead machines alone damn near made up for all the lost Saturn sales. shyts was everywhere.
