Many civil workers are told not to wear uniforms outside of work or take photos in them because you could be doing something detrimental to the brand/company on your own time and the fallout will affect the entire company. Thank you. I think that her former employer should file a reverse lawsuit against her for trying to ruin their establishment by filing a false claim of gender discrimination for her lame ass ego and for her wanting to keep a social media page that she doesnt even own. Instagram can shut her shyt down at anytime for any reason.

Her lawsuit is plain disrespectful towards society and women on a whole. She basically making it harder out here for other women with legit gender discrimination claims for real. Its irritating how social justice and activism is being played around with by these frauds that only care about their personal interests and themselves.

Its a dumb reason to fire her for but its an even dumber reason for her to get herself fired over. Make no mistake, she chose to get fired. Im 100% certain when they only asked her to take it down and explained why, she got on a soapbox and they abruptly said

If anything, she may have a wrongful termination case if there is no policy about taking photos while at work and in uniform (im sure there is), and after being told to take them down, she didnt do anything immediately after the conversation that could get her fired. If im the admin, im not putting that I fired her over refusing to take the photos down. Im officially firing her for dereliction of duty after she was told about the photos.

Pretty much, she played herself because she put herself in this position to have this happen to her. Its crazy how folks are willing to risk everything from their jobs to their lives over this social media shyt. They even tried to help her too but her self entitled ass couldn't take down all the photos she has of herself in her work uniform because she felt it was her right.

So what the real story is apparently is not just her taking these types of photos but that she would take photos in uniform, at the firehouse, while wearing her own clothing apparel like a tshirt and have links telling people to buy her products. Making it look like her products are endorsed and promoted by the firehouse. You definitely cant do that. I see why they asked he to stop now. They shouldnt lose this case but you never know. She already gaslighting her case to be a feminist angled situation.
