I don't think he expects this legislation to pass, he just wants to claim he did all he could to repeal Obamacare.
The way he was put together was just real sloppy...most of the healthcare industry groups is against this bill.

Are there no centrists Dems that can take her spot? All of New England and Northeast corridor should be blue at this point. I know Maine and New Hampshire have an independent streak, but the current version of the Republican party does not represent them.
