I bet Capito was flipped overnight with all the theatrics in her state yesterday. Supposedly the evil turtle has about $100B of spending to work with to get her and Portman on board. I expect the rest to vote yes.

Dems need to get their act together...considering how far right the Republican party has moved, there shouldn't be any more R senators in places like Colorado, New Mexico and Maine.
