I'll be surpised if Obamacare isn't repealed. This time around, they've got the votes. Those NO's folded way too easily. Basically, they'll make Obamacare spin into a death spiral and strip everything that makes Obamacare work. ie. individual mandate, employer mandate, medical device taxes.

Am I the only one who didn't realize that voting to "open the debate" meant that they would then vote on the actual bills in the same night? I'm lost as shyt right now.

Edit: so McCain gave a speech raging against the bill then voted for that same bill to move forward hours later? What an a$$hole in a sea of a$$holes.

No, they voted to proceed with debate. Which meant nothing because all they've done is go around in circles. But eventually Obamacare will be repealed at least partially and then the nation will be stuck with something that's not even really a plan.

The moderates are starting to fold which isn't surprising. They won't vote through a bill that kicks 30 million Americans off healthcare but they will vote to strip down Obamacare which will essentially result in the same thing but when it's time for their own campaigns they will try to say "I stood tall against a bill that wouldn't work" and most of the retards that vote for these people will overlook that they were actually responsible for killing their healthcare with other votes.

They are just toying with their constituents now to look "tough on Obamacare" but "concerned that everyone has affordable healthcare" which they really aren't.

I remember when John McCain was rumored to have an illegitimate child by the Bush campaign. Mccain was always all show. He knew the news would lead with his video but neglect the actual substance of his vote.

It's the same reason why they ran the presidents klan rallies. The news are corrupt.
