I think it depends on the woman and her comfort level. I'm not about this life but some women I know who have tried this won't give their number out so soon after "meeting" an online potential. Some of them want to meet in person ASAP, as not to waste weeks talking and realize that they aren't attracted to the person. Others are more comfortable "talking" via the dating app and waiting a few weeks before meeting up.
