On a micro level, yes. On a macro level, no. White people in most cases don't even express empathy for their own kind, let alone other races of people...UNLESS those other groups of people subscribe to the same thought process as they do. The ones that sweep social dynamics under the rug. The ones that believe everything is fair and equitable. The ones that believe that racism, and subjugation are a thing of the past. AKA..."The good ones".

Now I'm not saying your interactions with these people need to always revolve around social issues, or serious conversation; however these people from other backgrounds should at least be curious. If they're not...You're just a prop.

I don't believe everything Claude Anderson says, but he was right that it is doable to coexist.


But coexistence can only occur at low percentages. I think his threshold was 5% . Beyond that threshold, there will be friction between the groups.

Humans can barely coexist and it doesn’t matter about color or anything else Black and White Americans coexist far better than A lot of people in nations with only one color of people.

Europeans tried to wipe each other out on a mass scale twice.

There’s a new genocide of people in Africa almost every damn day over who cooks rice better.

Problem is a lot view coexistence as simply integration. That will never work because everyone (except us apparently) has a natural bias for their people. So when you're living under another group of people and you're already at the bottom with no outside support (home country), their biases are gonna hit you hard because essentially you're depending on them to put you above their people in every situation. Plus we like to spread out as far as possible, further reducing any power we have.

Then add all the history with cacs and us in America, it's virtually impossible in ONE country. I think if we split America up, it's possible to peacefully coexist, but not if there is a massive power imbalance like in integration.

So long as they continue to believe that they are superior to someone else, they will never be able to coexist with anyone.

Racism is a tool that has worked successfully to make an entire group of people stifle their development purely out of spite for another group of people who make up less than 13% of the population.

The coexistence isn't genuine. The only reason why we're coexisting (to a certain extent) now is because the laws (Civil Rights Act, etc) put in place (and removed) forced them to but, as we've seen within the past decade or so racial attitudes and tension among White people in particular has risen due to numerous things but it goes back to what I said about being forced.

When it comes to despising CHANGE...there's no other group that hates change more than White people. With the rising of diversity and the call for more opportunities for people of non-white racial/ethnic groups, sexuality differences (to each their own), gender (equal rights/pay for women in the workplace, etc), and many other things that point to a sign of change/difference...

They've become more hostile and indifferent...y'know why white people despise the government more than anybody? Cause the government is/has forced them to change and accept people and things they have no interest in accepting.
