there is no alternative especially with her demands if she had no demands it be at least easier and just fukk on a random basis

Sounds like feeling may have been caught on the other end. Tough to ever been in these FWB relationships without it happening unless serious ground rules are set, and even that barely works. Good possibility that you may catch feelings too. When you're doing it 3 times a week, then suddenly have to break it off cause a real interest comes into the picture, it always gets messy since someone is basically being dumped.

If you're sure you won't catch feelings then you'll need to re-inforce with her that this is all it is. If you get the sense she will want more, and you don't, then consider cutting. Will just become a trainwreck from there.

Only safe way out of these things is when you both simultaneously find someone you're interested, and that shyt never happens. One person is always left in the cold
