it's easier said than done . I travel a lot for work, when you away from the wife, temptations are harder to resist. Sometimes those situations find you. When you're sitting down eating at the bar, and women approach you and start talking, it's hard to not push the conversation to some illicit shyt.

Like I said you got to be honest with yourself before you consider taking that plunge.

I don't cheat on my wife, but I make it a point to still talk to women and be sociable and flirt with them. I'm never going to stop doing it, but I'm not out here cheating. Plus, I married a woman who out earns me, so even if things do go south, she's not getting anything off me she didn't earn.

I've learned to keep conversations very basic and mention my wife kids as often as possible.

Being alone is horrible if you don't have kids or family, interaction between a married couple who've been together a long time actually prolongs their lives.

My husband recently discovered his mother has Alzheimer's disease, and it's been progressing rapidly. It's because of the environment factors, she's a widow, and she barely has any family around outside her son. You look at old couples in Africa, they're less likely to develop it due to having familial support. Marriage is beneficial if you want someone to progress your life and be there for you. It's not for those who are intrinsically selfish because it involves a whole lot of compromise.

Marriage "was" a great option.. Not anymore.. These hoes are not loyal
