Serious Question How do certain black men not get angry? How do u control your anger as a black man?

I need help. I'm a very very very angry man. My anger is controlled for now but sometimes im afraid im going boil over eventually.

Man I hate everything, everything about this world...I hate it all....and wish sometimes for it to be destroyed.

I hate a special hate for humanity. A very special hate for it

How do u as a black man control your anger everyday?

Real talk, you need to get some professional help. You've got one go round in this life. The average life expectancy for black men is like 72. How many good years do you think you have left? Get some help and try to enjoy life. Life can be beautiful if you only allow yourself to see it.

I laugh and keep it moving.

An old cac supervisor of all people mentored me on how to deal with "troubled" individuals. He told me anger only stresses and hurts me emotionally, while the kid is prolly laughing and not giving a fukk, just write him up/kick him out and keep it moving.

Don't know if it'll work for you, but in my case I'm involved in a lot of creative stuff, so I express my anger through art, poetry, and entries in the journal I write. Works for me, but I imagine such varies from person to person.

How do u as a black man control your anger everyday?

How much you make a hour? I realize working low end jobs just fuels anger as you have to deal with perception and negative issues? I'm on the verge of quitting and just doing some overnight shyt till I get more money. I literally hate working and not being see doing well.
