ohh my bad on the mchg- yeezus comparison

still tho, if kanye didnt go mental, saint pablo was set to get +80 mil.

also im sure jay only tours the states for a reason (he wouldnt do well overseas)
MCHG basically sold out or nearly did in every show in Europe. The reason for 4:44 is because he's doing this tour. He can't be touring 5 months every year dude is running multiple businesses too.

And Saint Pablo would more likely do around 50.
He had 19 shows left and he was averaging around 0.775 million per show and had done 41, had 21 left, 21*0.775 = 16.275+31 = 46m.

But if we're talking about money, where Kanye is king is in merchandising. They don't count that shyt, but dudes running around in his merchandising like it's an H&M x super designer collabo.

Kylie Jenner has 110 million followers on IG is one of the most covered people in entertainment and had media covering her baby like the next Queen of the UK was being born. Tyga sold 2k or something when he was with her, with dudes logic he should at least sell the same amount as he did before.

There's plenty of examples of people in which one is bigger than the other and that doesn't mean shyt.
People don't listen to shyt they don't like, that's the main point. Beyonce was not out promoting Jay-z and Jay was not out promoting Beyonce.
Hits, moves and solid fanbases that they've accumulated and maintained for decades is what they strive of.
Tygas just trash so let's take him out of the equation

But you're right. I've been listening to Hov my whole life but I only made it like 5 minutes into that Lemonade video/album

They did both go plat by dropping chatty patty albums about some affair that may or may not have even happened though

You jiggawarriors have no concept of objectivity just deepthroating penis. Everyone has a climb, a prime and a fall off. The things you are referencing are part of Jay's prime...which ended at the black album. His fall off began after that and by the time the bp3 came and went he was completely cold, to the point people questioned what he would even rap about for a whole album..which is why he steered away from solo releases for longer than he ever had in his career prior. During this time he relied heavily on Kanye/Beyonce/Rhianna features to push his albums and he used gimmicks like death of autotune/selling albums to corporations before release to maintain interest/numbers. Once Kanye reached the fall off part of his career all that "brother" shyt from Jay went out the window and now he's attached to the hip with Beyonce, changed her whole style of music and her image to be more accommodating to collab's with him and he has her singlehandedly trying to save tidal...we will see what happens when she eventually cools off

Enjoy the context and facts your cocksmoking omitted now kys

I'm not even a Jay fan like that.

Jay's fall off didn't begin after The Black Album. Commercially, Kingdom Come was the second biggest if not biggest rap album the year it dropped. It only had one Kanye beat. He released another album the following year with American Gangster, which was critically acclaimed and went platinum without Kanye, Beyonce, or Rihanna aside from additional vocals Kanye and Beyonce had on a couple of songs.

Kanye produced some Jay tracks in 2008 for what was an early version of BP3. "Jockin Jay Z", "Brooklyn We Go Hard" and "History" all produced by Kanye West all FLOPPED.

He reworked BP3 and "DOA" dropped and was successful. Kanye produced tthe bulk of it, but the biggest single and his biggest single to date ("Empire State of Mind") had nothing to do with Ye.

In regard to Beyonce, they both used each other. They are married, they are supposed to be joined at the hip. What's telling is you saying she changed her style to accommodate Jay, not the other way around. So if he was leeching, wouldn't he be changing his style to cash in on her base?

You didn't give facts. You gave an emotional rant and tried to pass off any challenges to it as "jigga warriors stanning", which it wasn't.

Every artist you sayong he leached, are all artists that he was influential in putting where they are. "Umbrella" was the hit that catapulted Rihanna's career to another level and it was featuring who? "Crazy In Love" was the single that established Beyonce's solo career featuring who? Kanye's first real hit was a song he produced for who?

I’ve been seeing this idea on this board lately that Jayz commercial appeal started dampening around the time KC dropped

The real answer is MCHG when Jay stop having the culture in the palm of his hands

The entire Kardashian Klan was tweeting and promoting that nikka shyt. It was a travesty lol. But look now that he left he’s got a hit of his own now. It proves that ppl ain’t fukking with you unless you making hot shyt regardless of who you’re with.
