Besides constant counter surveillance on cops my feelings are this

- protest will not work
- get signatures/petitions will not work
-promotion of "physically" fighting back against cops will not work

Things I do feel will work

- extensive knowledge of your rights and being ready to spit these out to the police
- extensive knowledge of the law so when you appear before a judge for whatever "charge" you get it can be dismissed, then you counter with a charge on the police
- USE of the police in urban areas , this whole "no snitchin" "dont ever talk to the police" thing needs to die, black and Latinos need to be callin the police for everything, start reporting all crimes
- lastly like i said start recording all interaction with cops , you have $500 + cell phone so do your kids start recording them, share them on FB,TWITTER,IG,SNAPCHAT etc , enourage other people to do this too

That something yall can do since yall seem so anxious start a blog , i just check godaddy, these sites are available

policethepolicenow.com $2.99 for a year
policethepolicelife.com $2.99 for a year
policethepolicemedia.com $2.99 for a year

Take those sites and start linking and embedding ALL vids of police brutality. Link to the police department, Link to case #, Link to the police email , the local politician , shyt if yall feelin real brave link the police offer involved FB

Then start spreading your page, start having people talk about, once you get that first cop fired or suspend youll get the ball rollin

You can get guns here in NY but you gotta jump through a few hoops to get it. Yes, being former law enforcement helps, but the Orthodox patrols have their weapons and I guarantee that most of their "officers" are not ex law enforcement. But they have $$, influence and people in higher places who will push the paperwork on their behalf.

But its not impossible breh. And its also not out of the ordinary to have some down ex law enforcement dude on the team helping get permits. Everyone on the patrol doesnt have to have guns. shyt, there even needs to be people on the patrol who are good speakers and good at conflict resolution so that shyt gets diffused before it even pops off.

Yep the Hasidic communites out in Crown Heights and Williamsburg do a few things that blacks can follow(establishing a patrol force; having your own bus/transit system, buying politicians, businesses, etc).

I believe in protest but it has to be major.

The issue with violence, although I feel like killing a motherfukka after the shyt I've seen and heard from cops, is that riots only target our communities and in most cases lower income communities messing up the economic of those places.

It should be done in thier neighborhoods where thier livelihood and children are effected, not on 125 and MLK blvd. if you catch my drift.

I just seen a video on my Facebook of two black police officers bringing a nikka down for what according to the cameraman was for no reason it was just disgusting brehs. :to:

I like some of the things the NYPD has done in regards to decreasing crime in the city, but it's clear reform is needed.

you go the Crown Heights and they RUN shyt out there to the point where them cats have damn near consumed Eastern Parkway. I was born in BK and spent a ton of time with my family out there near Franklin, Nostrand, Bedford, St. John's, Classon, etc., and recently have gone back over there and its a different story.

Their busing system is VERY obvious, the patrol cars are visible in the daytime and these cats own damn near every fukking apartment building in the area. You wanna come in that area, just know who you have to deal with first. They will "let" the Labor Day/Caribbean parade pop off every year to have folks thinking BK is still a black think, but the NYPD is in there deep and at 6pm SHARP, that parade is over. Them cats arent fukking around.

Japan, but from the 989
Counter intelligence. Every place they patrol they should be watched. We should know where they live and treat them like foreign elements when they enter the community.

More radically.
If the killings and assaults continue...remember. We out number them. If they are patrolling after an offense. Surround and confront. They should feel as safe as we do.

I don't know if this was already mentioned but Cops should be required to wear cameras. Studies already show that brutality cases drop by more than half in places where cops wear them. Besides it benefits the cops in cases where something is done to them.

Police Brutality Statistics In The United States Fell By 60 Percent When Cops Wear Video Cameras

Police-Brutality-Statistics-Fell-By-60-Percent-When-Cops-Wear-Video-Cameras-665x385.jpg

Police brutality statistics apparently fell by 60 percent in one California town when all police officers were required to wear portable video cameras while on the job.

In a related report by The Inquisitr, a video of aCHP officer punching a fallen woman 11 times in the face went viral after it was filmed by a passing driver. But another video was even worse since it showed Albuquerque police shooting two suspects in the back, never mind when a homeless man was shot in the back.

The city of Rialto, California did a controlled study where the city’s 70 police officers were required to wear a video camera that recorded all of their interactions with the public. In 2012 alone complaints against Rialto police officers fell by 88 percent, while use of force by officers fell by almost 60 percent.

Rialto Police Chief William A. Farrar says it is not just his officers that behaved better when a camera was known to be watching:

“When you put a camera on a police officer, they tend to behave a little better, follow the rules a little better. And if a citizen knows the officer is wearing a camera, chances are the citizen will behave a little better.”

Cities like New York, Albuquerque, Fort Worth, and Oakland are considering implementing police cameras and even England is starting to adopt the practice with small-scale trial programs.

Of course, one huge negative to outfitting every cop with a camera is public privacy concerns. But even the American Civil Liberties Union, which is usually quick to protest anything that might infringe upon personal privacy, says that the notable drop in police brutality statistics is worth it:

“Although we generally take a dim view of the proliferation of surveillance cameras in American life, police on-body cameras are different because of their potential to serve as a check against the abuse of power by police officers.”

This is important because the Bureau of Justice Statistics once claimed the police brutality “rate was 6.6 complaints per 100 full-time sworn officers,” with 84 percent of these complaints targeting larger police departments. Out of the complaints that were officially investigated, “eight percent of the complaints were officially sustained, that is, there was sufficient evidence to justify disciplinary action against the officer or officers.” This means that for their report the police brutality statistics recorded a rate of 0.528 percent, mean that about one in 200 police officers actually did commit an action requiring discipline in that time frame.

This one is going to be good. There is so much we can do but so little of it will be impactful on a short term level. To combat what's going on in NYC, it will take a long term approach as their planning and attacking have been long term based.
