The album is supposed to be like a book about the human experience where every song is like a chapter about a different aspect of human existence. Like I said the beats mostly suck and its definitely not something to bump in the whip. But if you sit alone and listen to it with full attention, it might have you like

bohl was his second classic in a row, as well.
His first classic is the major label all balls don't bounce.
Which is way more accessible and pretty much the precursor to any styles based west coast artist in the current era.

Honorable mention to Run-DMC. They were before my time, but they changed the way people view the whole Hip Hop genre. Before them, Hip Hop was more party sounding songs. Run DMC changed the game where the focus went from party songs to street tales. Rappers (Before 1983) dressed like space galaxy cartoon characters, Run DMC dressed like what people actually wore in the hood. It became more real

i never got the thing about Bone biting 3-6, they were doing dark/horror/devil type shyt on Faces Of Death like Wacky D said. how well known was 3-6 back in the early 90s really anyway? you think Bone was copping super underground 3-6 TAPES back then? i think it's a Havikk & Prodeje/Mobb Deep type situation.

I still don't see how they're more original than the WU, obviously musical opinions vary a lot, but there is no way I see them being MORE unique than the wu. Each member had their own style/delivery, especially ODB being a very very unique artist. No other group could've pulled off the fusion of hiphop and kung fu like they did and made it work. Just my opinion tho
