Isnt it fitting that Bye Baby was the final song on LiG? Yeah it was a song about his failed marriage but read between the lines and he's talking about the rap game too.

That whole album is an ode to his career. From how it starts talking about syrup sandwiches and sugar water to its eventual ending. :mjcry:

I'm afraid he's done fellas. What else do you expect from a 40+ year old man?
Oh here we fukking go. You're getting negged for this nonsense :camby:

Nas isn't lazy. He's clearly been working on new music. The last time he gave any details about the album, he said that he started the album right after Life Is Good was released. I think it was sessions with Timbaland. They were recording, but Nas said something about it was happening too fast, but described the music as "powerful". He stepped back from recording to live as he put it. Then he went back to the album once the ball starting rolling on the Time Is Illmatic documentary because he felt inspired again. Then said he'd been talking to Tim, No I.D., and Swizz.

Producer Reefa said Nas was definitely recording for the new album and that he'd either sent Nas some stuff or did something for the album.

Back in 2013, Nas said that he was going to release the title. We didn't get it and his interview from last year kind of suggested why.

He has more on his plate now.

Mac Miller is who this game really needs. I can't wait for his album/mixtape to drop
